    We are seeking a Junior Estate Planning Attorney who is excited to guide families through meaningful planning conversations and help them implement thoughtful, well-structured estate plans. This role blends client counseling, legal drafting, and relationship-building. The attorney in this position will lead family wealth planning sessions, design estate plans tailored to each client’s goals, and oversee the process from engagement through plan delivery. You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s planning capacity while maintaining the high level of care and precision clients expect. Responsibilities: This role is highly client-facing and involves leading estate planning consultations and guiding families through planning decisions. • Lead planning sessions with prospective clients • Design estate plans tailored to each client’s goals and family dynamics • Draft and oversee the preparation of estate planning documents • Manage the client relationship from engagement through plan delivery • Guide clients through asset funding and next steps • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the planning process • Participate in firm educational events and webinars • Support professional relationships and referral partners Qualifications: Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both deep legal work and meaningful client interaction. You may thrive in this role if you: • Enjoy meeting with clients and helping them think through important life decisions • Ask thoughtful questions and seek to understand the deeper “why” behind a client’s goals • Thrive in environments with clear systems, structure, and workflows • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously • Have exceptional attention to detail when working with beneficiaries, plan structures, and legal documentation • Can navigate ambiguity while knowing when to research, ask questions, or escalate Required Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple client matters with precision and attention to detail • 1-2 years of Estate Planning Experience is strongly preferred, but not required Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annual salary + bonuses
