    We have a coveted opportunity for a bright and ambitious Junior Executive Assistant to gain experience supporting the C-Suite executives of an established and highly regarded investment firm. 

    The Junior Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to 3 primary Executive Assistants and will sit on the executive floor. This is not your average assistant role—think of it as a strategic support position that will act as the second-in-command to ensure the executive operations run like a well-oiled machine.

    Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role in finance or similar. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Senior Executive Assistants in managing daily operations and priorities for the CEO and other C-suite executives.
    • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, reports, and presentations.
    • Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Step in as primary support during the Executive Assistant’s absence or high-demand periods.
    • Take initiative on administrative tasks and anticipate executive needs.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in finance. 
    • Bachelors degree required.
    • GPAs of 3.5 or higher highly preferred.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tool.
