    A well-established architectural and engineering firm in New York City is seeking a junior-level Project Manager to support façade restoration, FISP (Local Law 11), and building rehabilitation projects across the city.

    About the Role

    This role is ideal for someone early in their career, including recent graduates or candidates coming out of internships, who wants to build experience in façade restoration and FISP work.

    You’ll support and gradually take ownership of multiple façade restoration projects, working closely with senior project managers, licensed engineers, and architects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing façade restoration and Local Law 11 projects from inspection through construction
    • Participate in field visits and scaffold inspections under senior supervision
    • Support report preparation, repair scoping, and coordination with consultants and contractors
    • Learn NYC DOB processes and façade regulations through active project exposure

    Qualifications

    • 0–4 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
    • Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience welcomed
    • Educational background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related disciplines preferred
    • Interest in façade restoration and field-based project work
