Responsibilities: • Assist in developing tailored legal strategies for clients in prenuptial agreements, divorce, timesharing/custody, and support cases • Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and marital settlement agreements • Attend court proceedings (in person and via Zoom) to support or represent clients under supervision • Help manage case files and track progress through various litigation stages • Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of matters Qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience in family law (internship, clinic, or associate experience welcome) • Strong desire to work with clients in sensitive, emotionally charged situations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar • Spanish fluency preferred but not required • Bonus: Candidates with a background or coursework in family law or criminal justice Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
