Sundance Lawns & Landscapes is looking for a Field Scouting Assistant to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of landscape experience or no experience, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

· Proactively identify high-potential commercial properties, engage with property managers to exchange contact information, and document specific site needs.

· Accurately translate field notes, business cards, site maps and property photos into our database to ensure the sales team has a clean, detailed, and real-time view of the property pipeline.

· Qualifying initial interest levels and coordinating with Sales team to schedule follow-up consultations for high-priority leads.

What We’re Looking For:

Rock-Solid Reliability: We are seeking a punctual, reliable professional with a proven track record of impeccable attendance and valid driver's license.

High-Impact Communication Skills: You must be comfortable approaching strangers, introducing our services with confidence, and "reading the room" to turn a brief interaction into a solid business lead.

Data Integrity: Proven ability to manage spreadsheets with high accuracy; you should be the type of person who notices if a zip code is missing or a name is misspelled.

Strategic Scouting Mindset: A "good eye" for landscaping opportunities; you can spot a poorly maintained apartment complex from a block away and know it’s a prime target for our services.
