Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD 21230 (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $22.00 to $23.00 on W2

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Produce daily P&L and management reports for businesses within the IED.
• Reconcile estimated Business Unit P&L against the firm's subledger P&L.
• Substantiate Greek-based attribution and provide insightful commentary on revenue drivers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels within the organization.
• Identify and optimize processes, leveraging digital tools like Alteryx and Tableau when applicable.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience in Financial Services

• Basic understanding of financial products, and an above average knowledge of Excel

• Keen attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels

• Experience with process optimization and digital tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is a bonus, but not required
