Sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial policies. • Consultation & Customization: Assess client needs through consultations and provide personalized insurance recommendations. Educate clients on different insurance options and help them understand policy details. • Professional Development : Participate in training programs, attend industry seminars, and work closely with senior brokers to gain knowledge of the brokerage business and operational processes. • Licensing : Be willing to become licensed in a span of 7-10 days with our training program • Learning & Growth: Receive mentorship and training on becoming a successful insurance broker. Learn about advanced sales strategies, market research, and the ins and outs of running a brokerage.
