This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in learning the freight dispatch process, whether you have prior experience in transportation, trucking, or office operations, or you are new to the field and eager to gain skills in logistics.

    Coordinators will work closely with operations teams to monitor shipments, assist with route planning, and maintain clear communication with drivers. The position provides a hands-on introduction to freight management and operational coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Track incoming and outgoing shipments

    • Support drivers with schedule information and updates

    • Maintain accurate records of freight movements

    • Assist with routing and delivery coordination

    • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure freight efficiency

    • Learn and apply standard procedures for dispatch and logistics

    Candidate Profile
