The Junior Front End Developer will join our Technology team to help expand and enhance the web application systems that power our online education services. As the team continues to evolve its technology stack, this role will focus on implementing new front-end features, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems. We are seeking a developer with a solid foundation in front-end engineering who enjoys solving complex problems and contributing to collaborative, cross-functional projects.
This role reports to the Director of Software Engineering and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days required in the office every week and additional days as business needs arise.

Compensation offered at Everspring will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Position Location: Illinois
The base salary hiring range for this position is: $84,000 to $105,000.
This role is eligible for incentive compensation or equity.
