*Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential functions)
- Develop front-end and backend code for a cloud-based application
- Programming using ASP.NET, C#, and Angular or other languages
- Assists in designing, developing, testing, and implementing of software programs for computer-based systems
- Assists in designing, developing, testing, and implementing of software programs
- Assists in analyzing user’s software program needs and assists in troubleshooting
- Assists in the design and development of software using basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems
- May advise hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems
- May provide input for documentation of new or existing programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, programs and spreadsheet, and database programs
- Experience with C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS programming languages
- Military and DoD experience is required
- U.S. Citizenship required; Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance after start
Preferred Qualifications
- Current/Active or previously held DoD SECRET security clearance
- Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, JQuery, Bootstrap frameworks and libraries is highly preferred
- Experience with Github, SQL Server, Jira, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code tools and platforms is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and version control best practices is highly preferred
- Military background/experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience/familiarity with military equipment such as communications and weapons systems is highly preferred
