About Us Monmouth Trading Cards is one of the fastest-growing trading card retailers in the Northeast, specializing in sports cards, Pokémon, and other major trading card games. With multiple retail locations and a rapidly expanding online presence, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to help bring our brand, products, and promotions to life.

Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and creative teams in producing digital and print assets across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, understands social media content, and has a strong interest in sports cards and trading card culture.

Key Responsibilities

Design promotional graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website banners

Create product marketing visuals for new releases, box breaks, and special promotions

Assist with in-store signage, event graphics, and promotional materials

Edit and prepare images of trading cards and products for online listings

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

Collaborate with marketing and social media teams on campaign concepts

Assist with light motion graphics or video assets when needed

Qualifications

0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships welcome)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Basic understanding of social media design formats (Instagram, TikTok, email banners, etc.)

Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Portfolio demonstrating design work

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon, or trading card games

Experience creating content for eCommerce or retail brands

Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) or short-form video design

Understanding of collector culture or the hobby market
