With 15+ years of HR expertise, we pride ourselves on personalized service, fast placements, and building long-term relationships with our clients and candidates.

    We're growing fast and need someone hungry, coachable, and ready to hustle to help us scale our healthcare recruiting operations.

    The Opportunity This is NOT your typical entry-level recruiting job. You'll be on the front lines, building pipelines of healthcare talent (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Med Aides, Dietary staff, and more) for hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities across Atlanta.

    What You'll Do Sourcing & Outreach (50% of your time)

    Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and niche healthcare job boards

    Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

    Make 30-50+ outbound calls/messages per day to potential candidates

    Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-screened healthcare talent

    Screening & Qualifying (30% of your time)

    Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit

    Verify certifications (CNA, LPN, RN, BLS, etc.) and work authorization

    Coordinate background checks and credential verification

    Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries

    Relationship Management (20% of your time)

    Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

    Maintain communication with placed candidates to ensure retention

    Build relationships with healthcare professionals for referrals

    Support client communication and candidate onboarding as needed

    What We're Looking For Must-Haves:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)

    Comfortable making 30-50+ calls or outreach messages per day

    Strong communication skills (phone, email, text, social media)

    Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

    Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and clients at once

    Coachable and eager to learn

    Comfortable with technology (ATS, Google Drive, LinkedIn, job boards)

    Nice-to-Haves:

    1-2 years in customer service, sales, HR, or recruiting

    Experience in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume hiring

    Familiarity with healthcare roles (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.)

    Experience with applicant tracking systems (we use CareerPlug)

    Compensation & Earnings Potential

    Base Salary: $32,000/year

    Uncapped Commission Structure:

    Temporary/Contract Placements (paid after 30 days of employment):

    Entry-Level Roles (Dietary Aides, Order Fillers): $150 per placement

    Skilled Roles (CNAs, Med Aides, Forklift Operators): $250 per placement

    Licensed Roles (LPNs, RNs): $350 per placement

    Permanent/Direct Hire Placements (50% at start, 50% at 90 days):

    Entry-Level (<$40k salary): $400 per placement

    Mid-Level ($40k-$70k salary): $550 per placement

    Senior/Leadership (>$70k salary): $700 per placement

    Monthly Performance Bonuses:

    10-14 placements/month: $300 bonus

    15-19 placements/month: $600 bonus

    20+ placements/month: $900 bonus

    Total Earnings Potential:

    Year One (Moderate Performer): $45,000-$60,000

    Year One (High Performer): $70,000-$90,000+
