Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Answer incoming support calls and tickets, providing timely and professional technical assistance (Tier 1)
Accurately document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues, including desktop hardware, software, printing, and email connectivity
Perform user account management (adds, changes, and deletions) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Assist with the setup and deployment of new workstations and peripherals
Working with hardware and software vendors to find resolutions to end-user problems
Troubleshooting end-user issues via remote-controlled session or onsite visits
Setting up and installing network hardware, switches, firewall, and access points
Create, operate in, and follow corporate and general technology best practices, procedures, and systems

Minimum Requirements:
CompTIA A+ Certification minimum, CompTIA Network+ and/or CompTIA Security+ preferred
Resident of Lee County, Florida. This is a full-time position in our Fort Myers office
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Office applications
Valid drivers license and clean driving history
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Mobile Device Technologies (Apple iOS and Google Android)
Knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems
Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 application
