Qualifications: • Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone. • Resilient and persistent- you’re not afraid of hearing “no.” • Competitive and goal-driven, always pushing to beat your own best numbers. • Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads in various stages. • Coachable and curious- you’re eager to learn real estate and sales skills. • Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus (but we’ll train the right person).
