We specialize in designing and building one-of-a-kind residences tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented and detail-driven Junior Interior Designer to join our in-house design team and contribute to the creation of extraordinary living spaces.

    Position Summary:

    As a Junior Interior Designer, you will play a key supporting role in the design and execution of high-end custom residential projects. Working closely with our senior designer and construction team, you will help translate client visions into beautifully detailed interiors that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, elegance, and personalized service. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, design-driven, and eager to grow within the luxury residential design industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the Senior Designer in developing interior design concepts for luxury custom homes.

    Support the creation of design presentations, including mood boards, finish schedules, ID Drawings, and FF&E selections.

    Draft and revise floor plans, elevations, and details using AutoCAD or Revit

    Organize and manage the sample library.

    Maintain and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, and other relevant information.

    Research and source high-end materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures

    Assist in maintaining organized project documentation.

    Assist with coordinating vendors, trades, and consultants throughout the design and construction process.

    Stay informed on luxury design trends, products, and innovations.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

    1–3 years of experience in interior design (internships in high-end residential design are a plus).

    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

    Strong sense of style and keen eye for detail, proportion, and materials.

    Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Must be professional and polished in demeanor.

    Must be a creative problem solver focusing on solutions.

    Must show clear evidence of a commitment to professional growth.

    Preferred:

    Experience with luxury residential or high-end custom home projects

    Familiarity with construction documents, cabinetry design, and millwork detailing

    Working knowledge of project timelines and vendor coordination

    NCIDQ certification or working toward certification is a plus
