Are you passionate about landscaping and eager to grow your career? Sundance Lawns and Landscapes is looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to support our Sales Team in preparing professional, accurate quotes for our clients.

Based in Chantilly VA, this full-time role offers hands-on experience in estimating and project planning on a variety of landscape projects.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist with cost estimates and detailed quotes

· Gather and organize supplier and subcontractor pricing

· Maintain accurate project cost records

· Support client proposals and project documentation

· Learn industry best practices and company processes

What We’re Looking For:

· We are seeking a punctual and reliable professional with a proven track record of impeccable attendance

· Conduct comprehensive site surveys, make accurate measurements, and photography to create base plans. You’ll calculate the total projected cost, time, and resources for diverse landscaping projects.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage a calendar and stick to it

· Good communication skills

· Autonomous problem-solver who thrives with minimal oversight

· Experience with estimating programs

· Eagerness to learn and grow within our landscaping company

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
