Responsibilities: • Enter new markets within assigned territories to generate pipeline growth and expand regional presence. • Proactively identify and develop untapped accounts to increase opportunity volume across designated areas. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records to ensure full visibility into prospect activity and deal progression. • Diligently track engagement metrics and sales opportunities within the CRM to support forecasting and reporting accuracy. • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, and personalized messaging to generate qualified leads. • Utilize a multi-channel outreach strategy to engage prospects and advance them through the sales funnel. • Evaluate prospect intent and effectively transition sales-ready leads to the inbound sales team to maximize conversion rates. • Qualify and route high-potential opportunities to internal partners to accelerate deal progression and closure. • Monitor monthly and quarterly performance against sales targets to drive predictable revenue growth. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; career changers welcome. Prior sales experience is a plus. • Strong time management, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM software preferred. • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel by car as needed. Compensation: $70,000 - $225,000 per year
