    Junior Loan Officer Opportunity Our lending team continues to expand, and we are looking for a motivated Junior Loan Officer who wants to learn to build a successful lending career while earning rewarding commissions. You will support senior loan officers, help create complete loan files, and assist with client communication while developing the skills needed to originate loans with confidence. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $100,000+ Previous lending or mortgage experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is your drive to learn, your ability to communicate clearly, and your commitment to mastering the systems and products that set high performers apart. Candidates must be willing to obtain an LMNS license as part of their professional development. Responsibilities: • Review options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicant’s financial status • Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility • Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor sales pipeline • Consult with potential loan applicants - answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships • Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loan processors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loan transaction is successful Qualifications: • Some college (Bachelor’s) is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Previous experience in financial services, real estate, lending institutions, credit union, or related fields is valuable, but not required • Must be willing to complete training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license • Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary • Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is beneficial, but not require • LMNS license required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $100,000 at plan commissions
