We are currently seeking a Junior Loan Processor / Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their mortgage career who wants long-term stability, hands-on training, and a clear path for advancement.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Assist with residential mortgage loan processing and origination
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, realtors, lenders, and title companies
• Ensure loan files meet lender and compliance requirements
• Follow up on conditions to keep loans moving toward closing
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

** Qualifications**

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination preferred
• Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple files
• ** Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred**
