Will-Mor Manufacturing is an AS9100-approved manufacturing organization in Southern NH specializing in complex machining and fabrication for the Defense and Aerospace industries.
We are currently searching for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be the interface between engineering and production.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes, including but not limited to enhancing process documentation, cycle time reduction, setup reduction, tool life, and fixtures and gages.
- Determine MRB disposition and create rework instructions and corrective actions as needed.
- Work with Outside Vendors to monitor and improve performance.
- Create and implement continuous improvement projects including 5S and lean projects.
- Proactive implementation of corrective and preventative actions with documented closure.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills: - Ability to use CAM, solid modeling, and 2d drafting software. Experience with Siemens NX software is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, programming, cutting tools, and machine setup.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand GD&T.
- Knowledge of welding, brazing, heat treating, and plating is a plus.
- Successful candidates would have a BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. Willing to offer on-the-job training.
