The L'Oréal USA 12-Month Junior Marketing Associate (JMA) internship program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. The JMA program is paid internship opportunity for candidates who have graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and are able to work 40 hours per week.

    We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate-Product Development to join the NYX Global Marketing team in the Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA. This position will be part of the 360 Global Marketing team with the goal of working on exciting new product developments in the NYX catalogue.

    12 month Post Grad Internship working on the Global Marketing team at NYX.

    • Must be able to work onsite(3 days/week) at our new El Segundo office.
    • Must be interested/passionate about beauty
    • Must have graduated college within last 12 months

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Track and organize all samples from vendors
    • Maintain and update Product Master log and library
    • Proof product sheets and copy
    • Handle general office tasks: shipping, filing, organizing
    • Review shade matching submissions
    • Work with the PD team on launches and development projects
    • Use online trend services to create trend reports for upcoming seasonal launches
    • Review and provide feedback and formula and color of new products
    • Create color benchmarks for new launches
