    Job Description

    About TAS

Technology Alliance Solutions, Inc. (TAS) is a modern consulting and technology services firm that helps organizations transform how they manage customers, data, and operations.

We specialize in unifying CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and cloud systems into a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem. Our team delivers enterprise-grade clarity, discipline, and execution—empowering businesses and public-sector agencies to modernize confidently and achieve measurable outcomes.

TAS operates at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery. We combine deep platform expertise with the rigor of an enterprise consulting practice to design solutions that eliminate fragmentation, strengthen operational workflows, and support long-term digital transformation across enterprise, state, and federal organizations.

    Role Overview

TAS is seeking a Junior Developer to support a high-visibility CRM and case-management modernization initiative for a Texas state agency. This role focuses on assisting with configuration, development support, testing, and documentation activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform.

At TAS, we value current mastery of modern Microsoft technologies and a strong willingness to learn over tenure with legacy platforms. The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a configuration-first, architecture-governed delivery model.

The Junior Developer works closely with Senior Developers, under the technical guidance of the Solution Architect, to support the build-out of secure, scalable, and compliant CRM solutions.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, operating within an onshore delivery model.

    Key Responsibilities

Support configuration and development activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Assist in building and maintaining Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI artifacts

Support the implementation and maintenance of secure, API-based integrations under the direction of Senior Developers

Support testing and validation for integrations with Indigov/GovDelivery and DIR telephony platforms

Assist with case-management workflows, routing rules, queues, and SLA configuration

Support legacy data transition activities, including data validation for historical records dating back to 2002, reconciliation, and testing of migrated records

Execute development tasks and defect fixes as assigned during sprint execution

Work closely with Senior Developers to execute assigned development tasks, validate configurations, and resolve defects

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Use Azure DevOps (ADO) as the mandated system of record for task tracking, defect management, and documentation

Collaborate with QA resources to support test execution and defect resolution

Ensure all work aligns with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §213 and Section 508 accessibility standards

Produce and maintain technical and configuration documentation

Support knowledge transfer and learning activities

    Required Skills & Experience

    U.S.-based candidate (onshore delivery requirement)

1–3+ years of experience supporting CRM, Power Platform, or business application development

Foundational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or the Microsoft Power Platform

Basic understanding of case management, workflows, and business process automation

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for task and defect tracking

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior technical staff

    Good communication and collaboration skills

    Preferred Experience

Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations

Exposure to public-sector or regulated environments

Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance-driven delivery

Public-sector experience is strongly desired, but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fully remote work environment

    How to Apply

If you are an early-career developer eager to grow your skills in modern CRM and Power Platform technologies—and want to contribute to meaningful public-sector modernization initiatives—we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
