    Job Description

    The Junior NetSuite Developer supports the ongoing development and improvement of Bulletproof’s NetSuite environment and related integrations. This role is hands-on and growth-focused. You’ll work closely with business teams and external partners to build scripts, improve workflows and support the systems that handle our orders, operations and financial data. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential, because much of the work involves translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with development in NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x, including client scripts, user event scripts, Map/Reduce and RESTlets.
    • Help maintain and improve integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, 3PL partners, payment gateways and other business systems.
    • Support iPaaS integrations using tools like Celigo or Boomi.
    • Take part in documenting workflows, integration mappings and data flows.
    • Investigate issues, review logs, troubleshoot errors and help implement fixes.
    • Test, debug and refine customizations, scripts and automation.
    • Assist with deployment activities across sandbox and production environments.
    • Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks.
    • Contribute to documentation so future developers can understand and build on your work.
    • Collaborate with the team using Jira, Bitbucket or similar tools to manage tickets, code reviews and version control.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and an interest in developing expertise in SuiteScript.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
    • Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
    • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON and general integration concepts. Including GraphQL
    • Familiarity with SQL or SuiteAnalytics for validating data.
    • Exposure to web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
    • Ability to stay organized, manage tasks and work within a structured development process (e.g., Jira or similar).
    • Comfort working with Git-based version control.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Exposure to core ERP business process lifecycles (P2P Procure-to-Pay and O2C Order-to-Cash)
    • Familiarity with basic accounting concepts such as P&L, balance sheets or journal entries
    • Experience with iPaaS platforms like Celigo or Boomi
    • Exposure to EDI workflows or file-based integrations
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
    • Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace
    • NetSuite certifications or relevant coursework

    Additional Information

    Annual base salary gross : $75,000 - $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
