We are looking for a proactive Junior Operations / Systems Support Assistant to support daily operations and help users work effectively with NetSuite and internal workflows. This role focuses on user assistance, workflow coordination, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist internal users with basic NetSuite usage questions (navigation, forms, reports)
Document workflows, procedures, and user guides
Collect user issues and coordinate with supervisors or vendors for follow-up
Test simple workflow or process changes and verify results
Follow up with users to ensure required tasks are completed in NetSuite
Support process improvement and workflow optimization
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operational execution
Prepare reports, documents, and internal communication
Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
Requirements
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, administration, or related field
Basic understanding of databases
Ability to write simple code
Strong willingness to learn NetSuite and business workflows
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with JavaScript and SQL
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP B1
