Job Title: Junior Power Washing Technician Location: DuPage County Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal - 30 hours per week or more Reports To: Lead Technician / General Manager Salary: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm (subject to change); some weekends and evenings

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Power Washing Technician to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including siding, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and more. You'll learn from experienced technicians, operate power washing equipment, and ensure high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing power washing and soft washing of various surfaces

Prepare job sites, set up equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed

Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to company procedures

Operate pressure washers, hoses, ladders, and other equipment

Communicate professionally with customers on-site

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Support senior technicians with additional tasks as needed

Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather

Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Prior experience with power washing or exterior cleaning is a plus but not required

Good communication and teamwork skills

Punctual, dependable, and customer-service oriented
