**__The ** Junior Program Analyst supports departmental operations by assisting with account reconciliation, data maintenance, and customer service activities. What does a typical day look like for the Junior ** Program Analyst?**

Work will be performed during normal business hours - 7:00 AM through 3:30 PM. Note: Employees may be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00.
What qualifications do you look for?

Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
Entry-level to early-career experience (typically 0–3 years) in program support, finance, data entry, reconciliation, or administrative operations.
High school diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate's degree in business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
Familiarity with database systems or web-based tracking tools.
