Compensation:

• During Trial Period: ~$700 USD/month
• Post-Trial: Up to $1,000 USD/month, depending on performance, experience, and scope of responsibilities.

Ruvixx is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps global brands like Adobe, Trimble, and Siemens run smarter sales and marketing. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Program Assistant to support internal projects, team coordination, and data organization.

This is a perfect entry point for someone early in their career, who's excited to learn how fast-paced tech teams work, and wants to build a solid foundation in operations, marketing, and project management.

What You'll Do:

• Support project coordination across teams (marketing, data, creative)
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and checklists
• Update trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets with accurate info
• Join internal meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks
• Communicate clearly with team members and help move things forward

What You Bring:

• Advanced English (C1–C2) – written and spoken
• 1+ year in any of the following: admin support, customer service, project assistant, virtual assistant, etc.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets (you love keeping things tidy)
• Great attention to detail and follow-through
• A helpful, curious, and organized mindset

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion)
• Familiarity with CRMs or marketing software
• Interest in tech, SaaS, or marketing operations
