About the Role:
Are you organized, adaptable, and excited to support meaningful healthcare initiatives? We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our on-site operations team for a large-scale medical screening project running through September.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and is ready to jump in and support both behind the scenes and on-site as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate logistics and staffing for medical screening events across NY regions
- Support event execution on-site (occasional travel required)
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with schedule creation, supplies, and troubleshooting daily issues
- Monitor event flow and report data to optimize efficiency
- Help ensure the team stays on track and aligned with goals
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator and multitasker
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Tech-savvy with MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or field operations (preferred)
What to Expect:
- 40 hours per week (overtime potential)
- Hybrid role: remote and on-site support
- Saturday availability is required
- Fast-paced environment with real-time problem-solving
