Qualifications
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Project Management Skills including Project Planning, Risk Management Procurement and Stakeholder Management
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Demonstrated leadership via influence
- Organization, planning, and coordination
- Business communication, meeting facilitation
- Problem solving, analysis, and conflict management
- Highly motivated to meet project goals
- Excellent at managing competing and adjusting priorities
- High attention to detail
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Familiar with project management software
- Intermediate level capacity of MS Office software, specifically Excel
- Familiarity with Product Safety Regulations and/or Certifications
- Experience working with third party manufacturers
- Interest and knowledge of nutrition and supplements
