Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Self-motivation and drive • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000
