Job Title: Junior Recruiter and HR Specialist

As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented door-to-door salespeople to join our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and building lasting relationships within our community. This is a remote position paid hourly with bonuses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for door-to-door sales positions.
· Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
· Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Conduct Interviews: Take part in the one-on-one interviews to screen candidates and offer positions.
· Background Checks: Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
· Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Including assuring attendance on their first day of training.
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Education and/or Experience
· Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
· Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, detail oriented.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with the roofing industry and door-to-door sales is a plus.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
