Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team in Tallahassee, FL. This position is ideal for nurses who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in aesthetic and wellness treatments while working in a professional, client-focused environment.

The Junior RN will assist senior nurses and medical providers in delivering safe, high-quality care. Previous aesthetic experience is not required, as training and onboarding will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with patient intake, assessments, and treatment preparation
2. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment rooms
3. Support licensed providers during aesthetic procedures and treatments
4. Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments to ensure comfort and safety
5. Provide clear aftercare instructions and answer basic client questions
6. Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
7. Follow all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
8. Deliver professional and courteous service to all clients

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Open to new graduates or early-career nurses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Interest in learning aesthetic procedures and medical spa treatments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
