Position Summary
We are growing our National Accounts team and looking for a Junior Relationship Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to support strategic client partnerships. This position plays a key support role in the National Accounts team. You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to serve and grow large national clients. This role blends account support, project coordination, operations, and client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing national accounts
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, goals, and industry
Help execute client contracts and ensure deliverables are met on time
Participate in client meetings, presentations, tastings, and events
Operations & Project Coordination
Assist with order processing, distribution center coordination, and product documentation
Partner with marketing, product development, sourcing, and operations teams to support client initiatives
Help forecast product needs and support innovation projects
Track and update all projects in CRM and project management systems (Asana, etc.)
Events & Travel
Support trade shows, expos, client tours, and industry events
Assist with in-office tastings, demos, and presentations (including setup and breakdown)
Travel up to 30% as needed
Team & Culture Contribution
Build strong cross-department relationships
Participate in weekly team meetings and planning sessions
Occasionally support Thrive’s café operations
Performance Expectations

Accurate CRM documentation of client interactions

Work Environment
This is a primarily in-office role based in Roswell/Atlanta, GA. Flexibility for occasional remote work may be available with manager approval. The role may require schedule flexibility to support client events, travel, or tours.
