    Requirements for Junior Residential Service Plumber:

    3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus; entry-level licensed candidates encouraged)

    Must hold a valid Washington State PL02 (Residential Plumber) certification or better

    Current and valid driver's license required

    Eagerness to learn and grow in residential service work, including troubleshooting, repairs, and basic customer interactions

    Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude

    Key Duties as a Junior Residential Service Plumber:

    Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations (with guidance as needed during onboarding)

    Troubleshoot and repair/replace common residential items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration systems

    Handle both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency service requests

    Primarily focus (about 90%) on single-family home assignments, with occasional multi-family or similar projects

    Develop skills in professional customer communication and efficient job completion

    Experience Level:

    Residential service plumbing: 3 years preferred (licensed candidates with less experience welcome)
