Your Role: As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients. With a high degree of latitude and ownership you will own the sales process—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. You’ll lead every stage of the sales cycle, collaborating closely with healthcare and other providers to offer tailored solutions and meet sales goals.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will become a subject matter on SendaRide's products and services. You’ll be the trusted go-to person for clients, handling inquiries, problem-solving, making critical decisions, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for driving results, fostering long-term relationships with new and existing clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company with an innovative product that makes a meaningful impact. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt easily to shifting priorities, and take ownership of their work while collaborating with a dynamic sales team to execute winning strategies.
We are specifically seeking candidates with prior business to business (B2B) sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls, refine scripts, and engage prospects through email.
Research and identify new B2B sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to tailor recommendations and solutions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) using our CRM.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly production targets.
Prepare and submit pipeline reports.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of B2B sales experience (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Google Meet, Zoom).
High-speed internet access and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
How We Work (Our Corporate Values):
Listen to Needs and Respond with Solutions: We are committed to understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
Go Above and Beyond: Minimum effort isn’t in our vocabulary; we strive to exceed expectations.
Act with Care, Compassion, and Respect: We treat our teammates, care partners, riders, and clients with care, compassion, and unwavering respect.
Proactively Help Others: We actively seek ways to support and uplift others.
Admit Mistakes and Learn From Them: We take accountability rather than shifting the blame. We quickly raise our hand when something goes wrong and embrace errors as opportunities for growth and progress.
