Associate Sales Representative | First Shift | Cincinnati, OH

Are you a people-person who loves starting conversations, building relationships, and following through? We're hiring an Associate Sales Representative to help grow our client base in the staffing industry.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to develop real-world sales skills—prospecting, outreach, relationship-building, and consultative problem-solving—while doing work that matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Cincinnati/NKY employers

• Research target companies and decision-makers; keep notes organized and actionable

• Create and send outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and run follow-up sequences

• Maintain and update a CRM/database with contacts, activity, and job orders

• Attend networking events, job fairs, and community events to build relationships

• Partner with the recruiting team to ensure a great client experience and successful placements

What We're Looking For:

We care more about skills and drive than a perfect resume. If you're coachable, consistent, and comfortable talking to new people, we can train you.

• Some college is helpful, but not required (equivalent experience welcomed)

• Interest in B2B sales, business development, account management, or staffing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent follow-up habits (you don't “drop the ball”)

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

• Comfort learning a CRM or database tool (experience is a plus, not a requirement)

• Familiarity with the Cincinnati/NKY business community is a plus

Compensation :

Salary + sales commission
