    Job Description

    Sales Support & Field Execution – Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new leads, schedule visits, and present Techo-Bloc products using CRM.

    • Support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches in the field.

    • Maintain strong dealer relationships through regular visits and in-store support.

    • Deliver samples, marketing materials, and execute merchandising standards.

    • Perform minor display updates and monitor collateral inventory at dealer sites.

    • Log daily activities and follow-ups in CRM; assist with basic order and customer inquiries.

    Training & Product Knowledge

    • Participate in product and sales training programs.

    • Attend dealer events, trade shows, and demos to support sales and gain industry exposure.

    Market Intelligence

    • Report competitor activity, pricing, and merchandising trends to the Sales Manager to inform strategy.

    • Enthusiastic about building a career in field sales

    • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to work outdoors

    • Comfortable with physical work and regular travel within territory

    • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong time management abilities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in construction, landscaping, or building materials

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).

    Junior Sales Reps are eligible for an average earnings potential of $50,000 to $65,000 plus car allowance and performance bonus.

    The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

    The employee must frequently transport and move items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain stationary for extended periods and/or move throughout dealer and vendor spaces. Employees must frequently use a computer and mobile device. The employee is frequently required to communicate with other employees and customers. The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders, bend, and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and/or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
