You will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to LuisaViaRoma standards. You will strive to discover your clients with their needs and guide them across all categories offered in-store and overseas.
You will proactively reach out to your clients on a consistent basis keeping the link to achieve your individual/store goal and will be a role model to the team and support management in operations duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibility but not limited to
- Exceptional Senior Client Advisor and a team player.
- Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team.
- Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process ensuring all clients receive the highest degree of enjoyable service possible and highlighting all brands and categories offered in-store and overseas.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling, using tools available to foster development existing/recruit new clients and build long term client relationships.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all products offered in-store.
- Strong customer service skills to provide courteous and precise customer satisfaction.
- Strong organization skills, multitasking and prioritizing capabilities.
- Follow-up with clients via telephone, text, email with all activities, post-sales, birthdays, and deliveries etc.
- Take full advantage of all contacts with customers in store and promote all products offered.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Consistency keep up-to-date regarding fashion trends, the know and monitor competition.
- Know customers' needs, both expressed and less obvious.
- Demonstrate, recommend, and style the products available and promote wardrobing.
- Schedule client appointments and prepare all appointments in advance.
- Ensure customer loyalty by collecting client information to our database and building an extremely valuable client base that consists of high profile, local/international, and consistent customers.
- Assist management with inventory process, maintain clean work area, maintain visual merchandising, and provide management with qualitative feedback.
Physical & Functions of this job
- Must have at least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs
- Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Foreign languages (Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French) are a plus.
Compensation Range
The base compensation range for this position is $23.00-$30.00 hourly plus commission. Health benefits and 401k are included as well. Offer will be based on your relevant experience.
