Maintain daily progress, quality, and safety documentation, including jobsite photos
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsite
Identify potential delays, conflicts, or problems and communicate them promptly to the Project Manager
Provide accurate daily progress reports and updates to project management
Coordinate multiple trades to ensure work progresses efficiently and according to schedule

Enforce company safety policies and jobsite procedures
Support the Project Manager with field coordination and project execution as needed

Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and jobsite operations
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a jobsite leader who can take ownership of daily field operations, keep trades coordinated, anticipate what the project needs next, and communicate effectively with project management.
The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, dependable, and confident directing people and activities on an active construction site.
If you have the construction experience and leadership skills to keep a jobsite safe, organized, and moving forward, we want to hear from you.
