    Investment Banking Business – Snowflake Migration Projects

    The Junior Technology Project Manager will lead Snowflake migration projects for the Investment Banking Technology team. Responsibilities include planning and execution, risk and issue management, deliverable prioritization, timeline and resource coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and status reporting. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake.

    Non-Negotiable Skills:

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and variables while meeting project deadlines.
    • PMP certification.
    • Ability to make independent decisions regarding project scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
    • Strong operational skills, including managing timelines and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
    • Highly accountable and proactive, with the ability to work independently, manage varied responsibilities, and advance projects with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Proficient in preparing and delivering project status reports.
    • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including creating project charters, project plans, and milestone-based delivery schedules.
    • Banking industry experience is a plus.
    • This is a business-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear and concise communication is essential.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including contractor onboarding, implementation, and ongoing collaboration.
