As the Junior Stylist, Photo & Brand Experience, you will provide critical, hands-on support across all photoshoots, brand activations, set builds, and styled environments. Reporting to the Style Manager, you will assist with executing the Boll & Branch aesthetic across brand imagery, interiors, and experiential moments. You'll collaborate closely with both styling and production teams to help bring elevated, cohesive, and beautiful spaces to life.
You have a strong eye for detail, a passion for interiors, styling, and set design, and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment. You are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to immersive, brand-defining experiences.
The primary location for this role is in our Photo Studio located in New Providence, NJ. Given the nature of the work, this role requires you to work in the studio 5 days/week.
The annual base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $85,000. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking. In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible to be part of the Company's annual bonus program with a non-binding Company and individual performance-based target bonus.
