    Job Description

    BryceTech is currently looking for a Junior Technology Transfer Specialist. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center, known as DEVCOM CBC. This role will assist in preparing and managing IP agreements and support commercialization activities to support government leads.

    The Person in this role will:

    • Support preparation and review of CRADAs, MTAs, and licensing documents under senior specialist guidance.
    • Conduct prior-art and freedom-to-operate searches, summarizing findings for decision makers.
    • Assist in market research by analyzing industry trends, competitor technologies, and potential licensees.
    • Organize inventor meetings, capturing technology summaries and assisting with disclosure forms.
    • Update and maintain the IP database, tracking agreement statuses and compliance milestones.
    • Draft promotional materials—tech briefs, case studies, and presentation slides—for industry outreach.
    • Coordinate nondisclosure agreements, ensuring proper execution and accurate record-keeping.
    • Monitor agreement performance, compiling metrics on usage, revenue, and renewal opportunities.
    • Facilitate partnering events, handling registration, logistics, and post-event follow-up communications.
    • Generate routine portfolio reports, highlighting upcoming deadlines, licensing opportunities, and risks.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transfer support, research administration, or patent office work.
    • Foundational knowledge of IP concepts, licensing processes, and federal lab procedures.
    • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
