Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, month-end closings, and general ledger maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger

Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Assist with audits and financial reporting

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems

Knowledge of GAAP
