This is a physical, fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys active work, helping customers, and seeing immediate results. This role starts as a part-time helper position but has the potential to transition to a full-time career based on your performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Heavy Lifting & Loading: Assist the lead crew member in safely lifting, carrying, and loading items into trucks and trailers. This includes couches, appliances, furniture, household junk, and post-construction debris.
Debris Removal: Efficiently clear out trash and debris from residential and commercial sites, ensuring the area is left clean and tidy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your crew to complete scheduled jobs safely and within the designated timeframes.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols while handling heavy items and operating equipment to prevent injury or property damage.
Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
A "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments (indoor/outdoor).
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay: Starting at $16/hr, with the potential to earn up to $25/hr plus commission based on experience and performance.
