Job Overview

Move My Mess is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our field team as a Junk Removal Field Specialist. This role involves hands-on work helping customers clear out unwanted items while delivering excellent customer service on every job.

If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and being out in the field—not stuck behind a desk—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Remove and haul away unwanted items from residential and commercial properties

Lift, load, and transport items safely (50–100+ lbs)

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Work closely with your team to complete jobs efficiently

Keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized

Follow company processes and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Physically capable of heavy lifting and labor-intensive work

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable and punctual (early mornings required)

Team player with good communication skills

Comfortable working in various environments (dirty, dusty, etc.)

Valid driver’s license is a plus (for driver roles)

Schedule

Full-time or part-time available

Early morning starts (6–8 AM)

Some weekends required
