Our Junk Removal Professionals are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who genuinely care about customer service, making a positive impact on the community and the environmentcommit and like variety at work. This is not a desk job — you’ll be lifting, loading, sorting, and interacting with customers on-site while also learning the ins and outs of all aspects of the busienss.

Responsibilities:
Treat team members, customers and others property with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
Safely load, transport, consolidate and unload customer’s unwanted items.
Work with community donation, recycling and disposal partners as well as our Remix Market to dispose of items "the green way".
Take ownership in making your route run efficiently and according to compnay standrds
Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
Potentially, drive and operate company vehicle. (No CDL needed. Training provided)
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
Safety-first mindset
Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficiently
Must have SMART phone for directions, pictures, communication, processing a job and clocking in/out
Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done efficiently
Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
Be comfortable driving a box truck (no CDL required, training provided)
Must have and wear hard toe shoes while on the job
Must be willing to undergo background check in accordance with local regulations
Must have reliable transportation to and from our office
