About the Role:

Join Its Haul Good as a Junk Removal Technician (copilot) and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch junk removal services across Northern Virginia. If you enjoy working outdoors and with your hands, meeting new people, and making a difference in your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial junk removal efficiently and safely.

Load and unload items from trucks while adhering to safety protocols.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.

Sort and categorize items for recycling and disposal.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic regulations.

Complete daily logs and reports accurately and on time.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in junk removal or similar field is a plus.

Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
