Job Description
Juno Diagnostics is a young start-up company in the women's healthcare space. We rapidly expanding our team to facilitate commercial support of our products. You will work with a team of experienced Biotech executives, who have previously launched the fastest adopted molecular test in healthcare and are now working on the democratization of high valuable medical information.
In this position you will work mainly with next generation sequencing data at large scale. You will develop new algorithms to improve assay performance as well as implementing an automated backend for data flow in a clinical setting. Mainly you should be excited to drive the field of women's health forward though innovative solutions. We believe that every women should have access to premier pregnancy care and we work hard to make this a reality.
You should be proficient with at least R and Python in various development environments (10+ years) and effortlessly work with cloud based scalable platforms. You should expect to contribute in all aspects of application development from building and automating analysis pipelines, to algorithm development and optimization, to designing interfaces for internal customers.
