    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are currently looking for a Customer Care and Sales Support Co-ordinator to support our US spa channels through providing excellent customer service and supporting our regional sales team.  

     

    You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Care and Sales division, where you will answer questions by phone from consumers about our products, queries from our distribution network and process orders. In this role, you will manage and resolve customer queries and coordinate the ordering of stock for our Spa’s across the US. This role will see you work within a dynamic global business where change and growth is constant.

    You will have great Customer Service skills and be willing to be flexible to support the sales team where and when needed. You will be an effective team player with strong communication skills.

     

    To be successful, you will possess the following skills:

    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer focus, preferably with experience in a customer care role
    • Experience in dealing with customer complaints
    • Strong computer literacy
    • Experience within a relevant role
    • Excellent team player and reliable, with a high degree of professional maturity
    • Great co-ordination and organisational skills
    • Strong administrative skills
