    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the Global and Local tactical initiatives portfolio and manage the Global Limited Editions project. The Project Manager will contribute to a seamless end-to-end project planning for key initiatives and have sound commercial judgement, maximising profitability and consumer experience.

    About you!

    You will demonstrate strong planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills whilst being a project focused and self-motivated individual. The preferred candidate will also have the ability demonstrate excellent time management skills, organisational, influencing; accompanied with strong communication skills.
     

    The Project Manager will be responsible to:

    • Develop, manage and implement project management plans & go-to-market strategies for Global Limited Editions and Global and Local Tactical Initiatives;
    • Effectively manage and provide administration support to key project initiatives;
    • Contribute and work closely with key members of the S&OP process and provide regular status updates on Limited editions and Tactical initiatives in the Product Management forum;
    • Contribute to the Corporate Implementation Group and the broader Global Brand team peer functions as required;
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships across all subsidiary teams within Jurlique.

    To be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following skills & expertise:

    • Demonstrated experience in Project Management;
    • Be an effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and facilitate project initiative forums;
    • Have worked or obtain experience managing projects within the cosmetics industry will be an advantage;
    • Showcase an eye for detail and display excellent creative and strategic thinking skills.
